Service Description
This comprehensive two-day course includes an additional mentorship session. Attendance on both days is compulsory, and bookings must cover the full programme. Designed specifically for qualified EFT Practitioners, the training will strengthen your confidence in working safely with complex cases, support you in achieving consistent results, and empower you to advance your professional practice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, refunds & transfer fees (your side) All time periods are measured to 09:00 (UK time) on the first Course day. When you cancel Refund of fees Transfer to a future date 21+ days before 100% refund No Fee 14–20 days before 50% refund 25% admin fee 6–13 days before 25% refund 25% admin fee 0–5 days before No refund • Non-attendance (“no show”) is treated as a same-day cancellation: no refund. Cancellations/postponement (our side) • We may postpone or cancel (e.g., trainer illness, low enrolments, platform outage). You will be offered either a new date or a full refund of fees paid. Our liability is limited to the Course fee Consumer “cooling-off” rights (UK/EU online bookings) • If you are a consumer booking online, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. • Exception: Where a course is scheduled for a specific date/period, these statutory cancellation rights may not apply. If they do apply and you ask us to start within the 14-day period, you agree we may deduct a proportionate amount for any services already provided (and you will lose the right to cancel once the Course is fully delivered). • This clause summarises general rules only; it does not limit your statutory rights. Liability • Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you is limited to the total Course fees you have paid.
