Community Work
The Arukah Project delivers community-based impact projects for vulnerable adults, young people and children. We support individuals who are facing significant challenges such as mental health issues, addiction, social disadvantage, homelessness etc. Our projects often focus on awareness-raising and interventions with group work or tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We work as close as possible to the community such as in hostels, community hubs, school halls, and alongside other organisations to make attendance as easy as possible. By working in collaboration and developing supportive relationships, we can maximise our impact helping to rebuild confidence, create a sense of empowerment and develop new skills, making a tangible difference in their everyday lives.
