Sharon Osterfield
Aga Kehinde
Aga Kehinde and Sharon Osterfield are co-leaders in trauma-informed care, combining their extensive experience in healthcare, criminal justice, and community transformation to drive systemic change. Their expertise in the criminal justice system is particularly profound, where they have developed a transformative model of support that helps individuals break cycles of incarceration and addiction by addressing the root causes of their behaviour. Aga is a Trauma Consultant, Cancer Nurse Specialist, and Trauma Informed Health Coach with over 25 years of experience. Her work integrates trauma, addiction recovery, psychology, and public health to address the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) on high-risk behaviours. Aga works with organizations, guiding them in becoming trauma-informed to enhance employee well-being and resilience. This not only improves morale but also boosts productivity and engagement.  A certified practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Trauma Informed health Coach, Aga integrates these modalities to support professionals in overcoming challenges and reclaiming purpose. Committed to systemic change, she advocates for trauma-informed approaches in sectors beyond healthcare, creating healthier communities and more resilient workplaces through her holistic, integrative methods.  Sharon brings extensive transformation and ‘turnaround’ experience from managing complex projects across the NHS and private sectors. Known for turning vision into reality, she excels in overseeing large-scale programs, driving organizational transformation, and fostering cultural change. Her work often involves developing policies, setting operational standards, and implementing sustainable, long-term improvements. Sharon’s leadership in NHS transformation programs positions her as an expert in guiding organizations through intricate changes. Her passion for supporting individuals with convictions inspired her to develop innovative models addressing housing, education, and rehabilitation. Informed by her knowledge of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), she co-founded a project offering integrative support for at-risk individuals. As a trustee for several organizations, Sharon also advocates for addiction recovery and the empowerment of vulnerable communities. Her holistic approach blends compassion with results-driven strategies, ensuring that the organizations she leads not only achieve their objectives but also cultivate inclusivity, resilience, and well-being. Together, Aga and Sharon are committed to creating trauma-informed practices in healthcare, criminal justice, and beyond. Their combined efforts foster healthier, more resilient communities by addressing both individual and systemic barriers to recovery and well-being.
